Our returns policy

Urban Royalty does not offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges. We do not accept returns simply because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size or colour, or no longer want an item. Please check the product description and fit information before purchasing.

Faulty or not as described items

We accept returns and provide remedies when items arrive faulty or damaged or do not match their description or sample.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), including your rights to remedies for products that fail applicable consumer guarantees.

How to request a return or remedy

Email admin.urbanroyalty@gmail.com with your order reference, a description of the problem and, if practical, photos showing the issue. We may ask for reasonable proof of purchase. Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide the correct return instructions and address.

Where a return or remedy is required under the ACL, we will arrange an appropriate solution and pay or reimburse reasonable return costs when required by law. Eligible refunds will ordinarily be made to the original payment method where possible.

Where we deliver

Online checkout is currently configured for Australian delivery addresses only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Free standard delivery applies when your product subtotal is $80 AUD or more, after any discounts and before shipping. Express delivery remains $20 AUD regardless of the order total. Select your preferred shipping option at checkout; the total charge is displayed before payment.

Australia Post delivery estimates

Standard Parcel Post: generally 2–6 business days after dispatch. Express Post: generally 1–3 business days after dispatch. These are Australia Post estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Regional or remote locations, public holidays and other disruptions can take longer.

Order preparation and dispatch time is additional to Australia Post's transit estimates. If you need an item by a particular date, please email us before ordering. We will arrange delivery within any agreed timeframe or otherwise within a reasonable time under Australian Consumer Law. For current estimates, see Australia Post delivery speeds ↗.

Tracking, delays and missing parcels

Where tracking is available, we will provide the tracking information after dispatch. If an order is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, contact admin.urbanroyalty@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier and assess any remedies required under Australian Consumer Law.

Privacy Policy

Our current collection features three T-shirts in S, M, L and XL, with an oversized box cut that fits true to size, 100% cotton and 240 GSM. Please check product details before purchase. Product images have been edited for presentation and should be checked against the actual garment, including artwork, colour and fit. We do not intend to change or exclude your rights if goods fail to match their description.

Pricing, discounts and checkout

Prices on this website are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD). Applicable charges, including shipping, must be shown before you complete checkout. Prices and promotions may change, but an accepted order will not be charged extra without your agreement. A percentage saving or crossed-out comparison price should only be used when the comparison is genuine and supportable. Consumer guarantees apply equally to sale items.

Orders and availability

Submitting an order is a request to purchase the selected products. If an item cannot be supplied, we will contact you about the available options and provide a refund where appropriate. Order confirmation and payment information will be provided through the checkout process once the payment system is live.
